Jeremy Edwards, Executive Director:
Jeremy Edwards grew up in Washington, D.C. and attended St. Albans School. He went on to graduate from Haverford College where he played baseball, captained the basketball team and eventually coached. Jeremy later led a professional European basketball club, the Cardiff Clippers, to Welsh and English League Championships. While in the UK, Jeremy coached the men's team at Cardiff University, the women's team at the University of Wales and the Welsh Junior National Team. Jeremy went on to earn a Masters degree from Stanford University's School of Education. He taught, coached and served as the Dean of Students at the Edmund Burke School (DC) where he worked for 14 years. In 1996, Jeremy co-founded the SportsChallenge Leadership and Education Alliance. Jeremy has facilitated over 100 leadership and coaching workshops throughout the country for SportsChallenge and the Stanford University based Positive Coaching Alliance. Additionally, he has presented at local conferences for the Association of Maryland Independent Schools and Landon's Conference on Ethics and Leadership as well as at national conferences for the American Association for University Women, Up2Us, the Urban Soccer Collaborative and the Independent School Health Association. Jeremy has been the Executive Director of SportsChallenge since 2007.

Liz Koster, Director of Admissions and Program Coordinator:
Liz Koster, originally from New Jersey, attended Montclair High School where she captained the varsity soccer, swimming and softball teams. She went on to graduate from Haverford College in 2004, where she obtained her B.A. in Psychology and captained the women's varsity soccer team. While at Haverford, she joined the SportsChallenge family in 2001 as a member of the Girls Soccer staff. Liz later pursued her education at University of Pennsylvania and graduated with her Master's in Social Work. She then moved on to work as a school social worker at Elwyn Seedlings, an early intervention program for children with autism. After coaching and teaching in the SportsChallenge system for 8 years, Liz accepted a year-round leadership position with the organization in 2010 as Director of Admissions and Program Coordinator.

Krysten Gibson, Director of New Media Communications:
Coach Gibson moved to Chicago from Kansas in 2004 to pursue her education at DePaul University as well as continue her soccer career. In her four years as a Blue Demon, Krysten earned a position as the starting center mid-fielder, received Big East honors, and was on the Deans List. She graduated in 2008 with a degree in Public Relations and minors in Graphic Design and Sociology as well as work experience with companies such as ESPN, Live Nation and AST Dew Tour. Following her undergraduate degree, Krysten relocated to London, England where she obtained distinction on a Masters degree in Public Relations. Coach Gibson now works in Chicago, IL where she also coaches two days a week with a local Chicago Club team.

Molly Hellerman, Consultant:
Molly Hellerman graduated from Wellesley College where she played varsity soccer, swimming and water polo. After graduation she pursued a career both as a financial analyst and professional soccer player (the W-League for the Houston Tornadoes and the Premier League for the Chelsea Ladies FC). After her time in Europe, Molly earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School and upon graduation was named an HBS Service Leadership Fellow. She spent a year working with the CEO of Junior Achievement in Colorado. Most recently, she served as the Executive Director of America SCORES Chicago, a nonprofit that works with urban youth through soccer, hip-hop poetry and community service. In addition to her professional work, Molly recently was selected as member of the British Council's Transatlantic Network 2020, a program that seeks to connect young leaders who will be in the vanguard of leadership in the year 2020. The network will foster an understanding of different cultures, beliefs and values that can be turned into action on global issues. Molly has coached at Wellesley, MIT, and DePaul University as well as at club programs across the country. After coaching and teaching in the SportsChallenge system for 9 years, Molly accepted a full-time leadership position with the organization in 2008 as Co-Director. Molly stepped down from this position in 2010; she currently trains SportsChallenge staff, implements a variety of initiatives and advises the Executive Director.

Kirk Daulerio, Director of College Counseling:
Kirk Daulerio graduated from Swarthmore College where he served as captain of the varsity basketball team, played varsity baseball, and coached for three seasons. In his senior year he was the recipient of the Lew Elverson Award for "dedication to and achievement of the highest level of athletics." In 1997 he traveled to New South Wales, Australia, to play professional basketball for the Newcastle Hunters. Upon his return, Kirk received a Master's Degree in Education with a concentration in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. He then moved on to work in college admissions at both Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania. At Penn, he was Regional Director of Admissions, Athletic Liaison, Chair of Athletics Selection Committee, and and Liaison to the Wharton School of Business. More recently, he worked as Director of College Counseling at Gould Academy in Maine and now serves as the Associate Director of Admissions at Bowdoin College. Kirk has been an active member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), PACAC, and NEACAC. He has presented at several conferences on topics such as the challenges of highly selective college admissions and the admissions committee process. As for his involvement with SportsChallenge, Kirk served as a coach and teacher for several years and was hired as Director of College Counseling in 2008.
