From our Board of Directors to our interns, the SportsChallenge community is invested in youth development, education and teaching life-lessons through competitive sports. Our staff is rich in experience and has proven leadership skills. All coaches played college sports with most serving as captains of their college programs. Some of our staff now play professionally overseas. But perhaps most importantly, our staff model integrity on and off the fields and courts. Many of the SportsChallenge staff have been with us for five to ten years—having begun their SportsChallenge tenure while still in college and having gone on to become professional educators at the middle, high school or college level.
